Items of Importance for Pre-Formed Winter 2007 Hockey teams:

MAXIMUM OF TEN (10) PLAYERS on the roster (not including goalies ((Limit two)) that can only play in net). Any players over the TENTH (10th) will be charged $219.00 each. The roster form must contain, numbers, C's & A's designation. C's & A's are required on the jerseys by the fourth week.. Prior to that, the Captain must check in with the scorekeeper.

 

ALL players must be in matching jerseys by the fourth (4) week. Any and all players are required to meet with the Disciplinary Board prior to the fourth week if they are not in compliance and explain their situation. Applies to all divisions. USA Inline Rule #307.

 

 

Four (4) penalties on one player in one Adult game causes an immediate game misconduct as well as a further Game suspension. The Game suspension shall not carry any Pims.

 

Any “GAME” Misconduct in the last 5 minutes carries and additional game suspension.  This additional game suspension caries no PIM's.  If the player goes over the 26 PIM's threshold, this game suspension is in addition to the two game PIM's suspention.

High-Sticking Misconduct Penalties:

a. Should a player incur a GAME Misconduct as a result of a Major penalty for High-Sticking, the 10 minutes will be assessed and count towards that player’s 26 minute penalty threshold.
b. Once a 10-Minute Misconduct is assessed as a result of a Minor or Double-Minor for High-Sticking, the minutes will not be counted towards the player’s 26-minute penalty threshold. 
c. In both cases, the players WILL SERVE the assessed penalty plus the additional 10 minutes in the penalty box.


All players that reach 26 PIM's are required to go in front of the Disciplinary Board and results in a $50 fine.


* The $50.00 PIM fine stays in effect but can be reviewed by the Disciplinary Board. 
* There is an automatic two (2) game suspension @ 26 minutes. This two (2) game suspension is non-negotiable. The Disciplinary Board can not reduce this suspension but may increase it.


League Playoff House Rules

  1. All PIM's a zeroed out for all players when playoffs start.
  2. If any player is serving a PIM's suspension, the player is allowed to play in their Playoff game(s) and resume their suspension in their next regularly scheduled league games(s), as long as the player has paid the $50.00 fine prior to going onto the floor for their first Playoff game and that they understand they are still required to attend the next regularly scheduled Disciplinary Board meeting to discuss their PIM's.

c.Any playoff game that is tied at the end of regulation, a two (2) minute sudden death overtime period will be played.  If neither team scores, a four man shootout will follow.  If the game is still tied, a sudden death shootout will follow and continue until a winner is decided.

 

FIGHTING: (5 min. penalty) The first offense will result in a $25.00 fine plus an automatic two-week suspension from all divisions played. Second offense will result in a $50.00 fine and a three game suspension. Third offense LIFE BAN FROM LEAGUE. This is not a seasonal rule. It applies season to season and is accumulative

Cages are required for all players in the Adult leagues born on or after 1/1/87

 

REC Division:No player is allowed to score more than three (3) goals per game. Any player that receives 14 PIMs must sit out one week.
