We offer a Coed Competitive league (standings kept) that plays on Thursday nights, and a Coed Recreational league that plays Saturday afternoon/evening. There are special house rules for the Coed Rec league that you can view here. We offer Mens leagues on Wednesday and Thursday nights. These leagues are a mix of lower and mid level teams.
League starts one week after the registration deadline. Following are the upcoming deadlines:
Coed Rec Saturdays:. Reg due 2/18/23 for next session. Session start 2/25/23
Mens League: Reg due 1/25/23 for next session. Session start 2/1/23
You can register your TEAM online, by stopping by, or call us at (503) 629-9500. A $100 deposit is required with your registration. Returning teams have priority in the coming session. New teams will be placed on a waiting list until placed.
Adult league fees are $625 for an 8 week session. A $100 deposit is required to register your team and the balance of the team fee is due before the first game of the season. There is a $12 referee fee per game paid directly to the referee.

Youth Winter 2023 league begins the week of January 16th, 2023. TEAM registration is due Thursday December 15th. If you would like your child to get on a "house" team, please contact meg@indoorgoals.com   Click here for team registration.

Returning teams have priority in the coming session. New teams will be placed on a waiting list until placed.
Youth league fees are $700 for a 9 week session. A $200 deposit is required to register your team and the balance of the team fee is due before the first game of the season.
There is a $10 (U7-U15) referee fee per game and $12 fee per game (High School Division) paid directly to the referee.

We will try to form "house teams" for every age group. Please email Meg and let her know you are interested in getting your child on a house team. Please include your child's date of birth.
We typically won't know what day a certain age group plays until all the registration forms are in. If there is a day that your team can absolutely not play, please let us know so we can take that into consideration.
Yes! You may pay your child's portion of your teams' league fee online. Just ask your manager how much you owe and click this link to pay. If your child is playing on a house team, please get the payment link from Meg
Yes, your child is required to show their player card at EVERY game (most managers will keep all the cards). Player cards are good from Oct 1 - Sept 30 and are $15.
Temporary cards (1 use) are $5. You can pay for your card online by clicking the button, or at the arena. Click here to download a form.
PLEASE NOTE: If your child is on an Indoor Goals House Team (organized by Meg), the fees INCLUDE a player card, so please do not pay additionally for one.

Teams are registered on a first-come, first-served basis - with current teams getting first priority. The deposit fee of $100 ($200 for youth) must accompany the registration form. A deposit will be refunded only if a team is not offered a position in the season requested and does not wish to remain on the waiting list for the next available season. You can use the online registration to pay your individual league fee as well. Contact your manager to find out your portion of the league fee.

LEAGUE FEE: Adult league fees are $625. The balance of the team fee is due before first game of the season. A $50 late charge will be imposed on teams paying their balance later than their first league game. There is a $40 fee to re-schedule a game. There will be a $25 returned check fee. There will be no refunds for missed games, including missed games due to injury.
** YOUTH LEAGUE is a 9 game schedule. The YOUTH league fee is $700.

HOUSE TEAM PAYEMENT POLICY: All league fees for a “house team” must be paid in advance to hold a spot on the roster. This includes both youth and adult teams

WAIVER & RELEASE FORM: No individual will be allowed to participate in any league game until a Waiver & Release of Liability form (Player Card) has all the necessary information and signatures properly completed. Player Cards are $15 and valid from Oct 1-Sept 30. You will not be allowed to play without a player card. REMEMBER, you MUST show your player card before EVERY game. Temporary cards are $5.   YOUTH Player Card   You can now purchase your player card online! Youth House Team player cards are included in your child's team fee, so there is no need to purchase a card for a house team player.

SESSION & GAME DURATION: All Sessions are 8 games - Each game is 2 x 22 minute halves. There will be a No Show Fee of $40 charged to any team who does not speak directly to an Indoor Goals employee more than 48 hrs in advance of the scheduled game.

TO REGISTER YOUR TEAM FOR LEAGUE: Use the online registration buttons at the top of this section, or fill out an adult registration form or a youth registration form. One per team please. Return form along with a $100 deposit for ADULT teams and a $200 deposit for YOUTH teams to Indoor Goals at the address listed below by the registration deadline. Registration will not be accepted without the deposit. Games will be played over winter break and on the Friday following Thanksgiving. No Games will be played on Thanksgiving, 12/24, 12/25, 12/31 or 1/1, or over spring break.

ADULT LEAGUES DIVISIONS:
Mens League - Wednesday/Thursday: When registering please let us know what level you think your team is (upper, mid or lower).
Coed Competitive - Thursday Night
Coed Recreational - Saturday Afternoon-Night (games may be played on Fridays if needed). When registering please let us know what level you think your team is (upper, mid or lower). See here for the Coed Rec house rules.

YOUTH LEAGUES: Winter 2023 Youth Soccer League Registration deadline is Thursday, December 15th, 2022. League Games Begin the week of January 16th, 2023. Youth sessions are 9 week (9 game) sessions. Game Format: two 22 minute halves. League is games only - any practices would have to be organized by your team's coach.

YOUTH LEAGUE AGES:
Age Group Chart: Season 2022-23 Players may be required to provide proof of age. For preformed teams, you can qualify to play in the division your team played during the fall 2021 outdoor session (THJSL division). Players may be required to provide proof of fall team age division.

Youth League games will be played Sat or Sun between 8:00 am and 7pm - OR Tue, Wed, Thurs or Fri between 3:40pm & 8pm This schedule is a guideline and subject to change. Actual days and times are determined after registration deadline. Games will be played over winter break and on the Friday following Thanksgiving.
No Games will be played on Thanksgiving, 12/24, 12/25, 12/31 or 1/1, or over Spring Break.
